When the answer isn't something a model knows, it goes and reads, then answers out of what it read.

Both pages were quoted to the model as somebody else's words. Had one of them contained an instruction, it would have been read out — not followed.

Typing is one way in. On a phone, on the way somewhere, it's usually the wrong one.
